Nicknamed the “Mullet House” for its unchanged curb appeal, but reimagined back half - Taylorsmith and Propel Studio nearly doubled the footprint of this home by adding a two story expansion plus an attached ADU.
The home features a handful of screen walls, all preattached and preassembled where possible, and finished in house.
