Sill partnered with Raven Builders to help reimagine and renovate this waterfront condo for their client. Largely a facelift, with a soft furnishings package, the facade of the fireplace was the focal point of the remodel. Across the room, Sill designed a built in reading nook to take the place of what was once an awkward, stale, and unused space.
The fireplace facelift was handled by Raven and a different subcontractor. We handled the construction and sub management of the reading nook; including paint and metal work. Built and painted entirely on site from within the confines of the clients garage, the completed reading nook showcases our ability to pull off the occasional small built-in.
