This stunning property that overlooks the Columbia on Sauvie Island underwent a substantial transformation from start to finish. Jessica Helgerson dramatically changed the layout and flow of the home, and TaylorSmith saw the large scope of work to its completion.
While we performed most of the finish work here—base, case, pass thru’s, paint grade trim, built in’s, paneling—we were largely brought on to furnish some of the more technical aspects of the scope, including the crown detail that formed a faux tray ceiling. We also made custom light blocks from walnut for the wall sconces and ceiling pendant.
